3. We thank you for in Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). Contract Scheme here under for the purpose of this AMC, we shall referred to "Service Provider" and you shall be referred to as "Client". That the "Service Provider" and the "Client" are be individually referred to a "Party" and collectively as "parties". That Air Conditioning system shall be referred to as Equipment’s / Air Conditioning Equipment’s. That Annual Maintenance Contract Shall be Client premises / sites as mentioned below.
Service Contract-Comprehensive / Contract -Excluding Compressor / Labor Contract
1 . Service Contract - Comprehensive: Covers routine service, attending breakdown calls, repairing / replacement of Compressor, repairing of fan motor and other electrical accessories within the Air conditioner / Water Cooler, Gas charging, excluding tinkering and painting

2 . Contract Excluding Compressor: Cover routine service, attending breakdown calls replacement of fan motor and other electrical accessories within the Air conditioner / water Cooler, Gas charging excluding tinkering & painting

3 . Labor Contract: Covers routine service, attending breakdown calls. All other work on chargeable basic only
