This was started in the year 2006 aug 21st. With the moto of providing safe hygienic boarding and lodging for working women and students. The idea was initiated by our auditor sri. Raju. Sri swaminathan a ret. Journalist of free press journal new delhi is my grand father whose was a great soul. Without his guidance and upbringing i would nt be a person who iam today. Mr. Muthukrishnan my father has always been my greatest support in watevr endeavour i have taken up. My wife Ms. Kritikamadhu is not only my betterhalf but also my pillar of support and strength in designing / building this hostel and making it function so proffesionally.
Our Vision
our long term vision is to make swagatham as the leading brand in the service industry and be a pioneer in setting the highest standards in terms of quality and efficiency.
To make complete transaction online, payment gateways, bookings and service related queries.
We constantly strive hard to make swagatham a better place for working professionals / students and give them a home away from home.
We are always stringent on the quality of products being used for the canteen. V constantly moniter the quality of food being prepared in our kitchen. Our staffs are well equipped with necessary protective gygenic gears. And more focus is being given on the type of menu and dietary regualtion followed in adhearance to the standard norms.
Facilities
Swagatham offers excellent facilities for the working women and the students, which creates homely and peaceful circumstances for them.
Room:
All rooms are well ventilated with large french windows and balconies . Attached bathrooms with western closets and health faucets. We provide individual cits mattresses and cupboards. We hv a well equipped house keeing staffs who clean the rooms and bathrooms daily. Lifts are provided in all the floors. Ac and non ac rooms are available.
Dining:
50 member seating capacity ac dining dining hall with entertainment systems is set for the hosteliets.
