The primary business of Caretech has been to market PHILIPS Healthcare equipment across the defined market territory. The promoter is MBA is enagaged in health care business since 1992. His strength is to build enduring customer relationships.

As is known, healthcare market is primarily based on relationship with the user and the business owner. We have invested good amount of time in building our relationships with our customers. We get about 40% of our business from existing customers only, and this is a testimony of our relationship with our customers. To take this to next level, we have started Philips service business in the year 2013. We install and maintain the equipment. This helped us serve our customers better and gave us deeper insight into their needs and requirements. We devised our reach strategy based on these inputs.
