How to use the smoke setting with high and low range for this Wireless Meat Thermometer:

1. You could use the Stainless Steel Clip to hang one probe to monitor the smoke temperature and another probe to monitor the meat temperature.

2. Press the “Mode” In the center of the receiver for several times. When the top of the screen show” SMOKE”, Press the up for several times to the highest temperature you would like to set. When it is OK, please press “ST/SP” to jump to the the lowest temperature setting.

3. Press the down for several times to the lowest temperature you would like to set. When it is OK, please press “ST/SP” to end the setting.
